CommTrail LLC is committed to making Meeting Signup accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility Features
Meeting Signup includes the following accessibility features:
- Accommodation request field: The public speaker signup form includes a dedicated field for attendees to request accessibility accommodations (sign language interpretation, captioning, large print, or other needs) at the time of signup.
- Accommodation indicator: The meeting display mode prominently surfaces speakers who have requested accommodations, ensuring staff are prepared to provide requested supports.
Current Conformance Status
We have not yet conducted a formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the full application. We are working toward full conformance and plan to conduct an accessibility audit in 2026.
